According to an official announcement, Libere will undertake the management of “B48 Athens Dafni” through a long-term lease agreement. The project is a modern complex of 57 serviced apartments located in Dafni, Attica, in a prime area with direct access to the metro and close proximity to major educational and commercial centers. Each unit is an independent property and is available for sale with a guaranteed return. Already, 25 out of the 57 units have been sold to both Greek and international investors.
