In addition, the Company announces that its granddaughter T.O. CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. on
March 4, 2024 acquired 100% of the company's shares under the name "ENERESCO 2
SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY" and the distinctive title "ENERESCO 2
SINGLE MEMBER P.C." for a consideration of €256,000.
Each of ENERESCO 1 SINGLE MEMBER P.C. and ENERESCO 2 SINGLE MEMBER P.C. have in
their ownership and possession one (1) mandatory cooperative share in the Energy
Community under the name "SUSTAINABLE INTERACTION ENERGY COMMUNITY LIMITED
LIABILITY".
The latter has received from PPC S.A. final connection offers, having already signed the relevant contracts, for nine (9) photovoltaic plants, with a total capacity of 8MW.
ENERESCO 1 SINGLE MEMBER P.C. and ENERESCO 2 SINGLE MEMBER P.C. intend to participate in a capital increase of the above Energy Community, so that – after the completion of their participation – they will hold fifteen percent (15%) and ten percent (10%) respectively of the total cooperative capital of the Energy Community.
The Company will promptly inform the investors of any status modification on this matter.
