As part of essential high-altitude maintenance works on pylon M1 (Rio) of the "Charilaos Trikoupis" Bridge, which will also involve rope access technicians (industrial climbers), traffic management measures have been scheduled along the bridge from Wednesday, October 22 to Friday, October 24, 2025, and from Wednesday, October 29 to Friday, October 31, 2025.

The company informs project users, for the purpose of planning their movements, that the execution of the scheduled works requires temporary traffic management measures, including brief traffic interruptions in the direction from Rio to Antirrio and slowdowns in the direction from Antirrio to Rio, under the supervision of the Traffic Police.

Traffic interruptions (Rio to Antirrio) are expected to last from 4 to 10 minutes each time and will be repeated as many times as necessary—estimated between 8 and 15 times—within the timeframe of 07:00 to 18:00. The slowdowns (Antirrio to Rio) will be carried out with the assistance of the Traffic Police starting from the southern plaza in Antirrio, immediately after the toll station of the Rio–Antirrio Bridge, also within the 07:00 to 18:00 window.

The eastern sidewalk of the bridge will be temporarily closed during the traffic interruptions to ensure pedestrian safety, while the western sidewalk remains closed. Drivers are kindly requested to approach the area with caution, adjust their speed accordingly, maintain safe distances, remain in their vehicles during the interruptions, and follow the instructions of the Traffic Police.
