The dividend reinvestment process of BriQ has been completed

The proceeds raised will be utilized for the repayment of part of the existing debt of the REIC.

The dividend reinvestment process of BriQ Properties was completed with a positive response from 64.7% of its share capital, including participation from its major shareholders.

As stated in the announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange, as a result of the total declared dividend amounting to €5,998,367.68 from the 2024 fiscal year profits, an amount of €2,119,723.33 will be distributed to the entitled shareholders in cash, while 1,521,037 new shares will be issued in respect of the remaining dividend amounting to €3,878,644.35.

The proceeds raised will be utilized for the repayment of part of the Company's existing debt.

Specifically, the Company’s share capital has been increased by €3,194,177.70 through the issuance of 1,521,037 new common, dematerialized, registered shares with voting rights, each with a nominal value of €2.10 and an issue price of €2.55 per share. The difference between the nominal value of the new shares and their issue price, amounting to €684,466.65 in total, will be credited to the “Share Premium” account.

The new shares will be issued on 29.05.2025, coinciding with the dividend payment date.
