This is the electronic property file that will be included in the services of the my Property platform of AADE to which notaries will have access, in order to process property transfers, the competent authorities and property owners.
"We have structured the electronic property file with the same philosophy that we apply to the MyHealth app: we will start with as many functions as we could digitize faster and gradually add more, with the final goal that the parties will appear in physical presence at the notary only for the final signatures" noted the minister.
Initially, the platform will be fed with data from Taxisnet, the Land Registry, TEE and EFKA, from which it will draw information and documents.
The interested parties and the notary who prepares the relevant deed will enter the electronic platform after authentication using codes. To the extent that this is provided for in the electronic platform, the interested parties and the notary will be able, through the electronic platform, to authorize each other for the performance of the services provided by the electronic platform and the issuance of the relevant certificates.
As part of the operation of the electronic platform, the authorized notary will be able to:
- to request the issuance or export of documents or the extraction of information from AADE, e-EFKA, the Hellenic Land Registry, the Technical Chamber.
- to request the correction of the above documents or information and
- to post documents on the electronic platform, where they cannot be issued or exported electronically, taking responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data.
