The Elliniko Center for the Care of Persons with Disabilities ready to host the first inmates

The first large development building will house four disabled associations which are expected to move in within September 2023.

The first building complex in the large Elliniko project has been completed, which will function as a Center for the Care of Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

LAMDA Development completed the project on time and fully internal funding, amounting to €15 million. People with Multiple Sclerosis", was a central priority of the listed company.

The 4 unions, which were housed in Ellinikos in rough and inadequate facilities of only 2,500 sqm, are moving, within September 2023 - with their transportation costs again being fully covered by LAMDA Development - to a building complex Social Care facilities, one of a kind across Europe.

With a total area of 11,500 sq.m., on a plot of 7,400 sq.m. which has already been handed over to its new owner, the Municipality of Hellinikon Argyroupoli, the new Care Center for Persons with Disabilities, has a unique environment and its creation aims to upgrade everyday life and a new way of life, easier, more functional and extroverted for both children and adults who need, but are entitled to, optimal care.
