Receiving a priority number through the platform is valid for the Land Registry Office of Athens (headquartered in Athens), Attica (headquartered in Koropi), Piraeus and Islands (headquartered in Piraeus) and now Thessaloniki (Tsimiski 136).
Every citizen/professional who comes to be served at the above Land Registry Offices should have an electronic priority number issued in his name, whether he is acting in person for his own case, or is authorized to act on behalf of another person.
The issuance of the priority number by the trader is required for all services of the Land Registry Offices except for the receipt of certificates.
Citizens and professionals, who use this application, after receiving the priority number on their mobile phone, will be able to follow the progress of the flow at any time through the platform, in order to schedule their presence at the Land Registry Office without having to wait for long hours at the office space.
All citizens and professionals have access to the service through ktimatologio.gov.gr, by selecting the service: "Issuance of a priority number for service in KG", using the personal taxisnet codes.
The possibility of issuing a priority number through the platform is given, for the next day, from 15:00 of the previous day until 11:30 of the same day.
The maximum allowed number of active priority numbers per trader – TIN for each Land Office is four.
Citizens who come with priority numbers that have not been issued to their details, will not be able to be served. Also, those who have not arrived on time and their number has expired will not be served.
The person who has issued a priority number, upon arrival at the Land Office, must present the necessary identification documents, authorization if acting on behalf of someone else, as well as the priority number.
Every citizen who has issued a priority number and does not intend to come to the Land Office, must cancel it in time.
