The building housing the private educational group Business College of Athens (BCA) in the center of Athens has been acquired by Trastor REIC.

The office building, which was part of the GEK portfolio, has a total area of 4,570 sqm and is located at the strategic address of 205 Alexandras Avenue in Athens. The building became well-known due to the "Craft" brewery that operated on the ground floor.

Constructed by GEK between 1991 and 1993, the building was designed by architect Alexandros Tombazis. The distinctive deep blue geometric metal lattice, a characteristic color often chosen by the architect for the metal elements of his projects, protects the inner glass façade, incorporating principles of bioclimatic design.

The building consists of six above-ground office floors and four underground levels, which house storage areas and parking facilities.

The total purchase price for the property amounted to €8.9 million, which was funded through the company’s available resources.

The property is fully leased to the City-Campus of the private educational group, Business College of Athens (BCA), ensuring immediate and stable cash flows.

According to the company’s CEO, Tasos Kazinos, this property is situated in a prime location near the city center, with direct access to a metro station, making it highly competitive and adaptable for future uses.
