It's been noted that Lamborghini joins the race among luxury automakers through the world of jaw-dropping real estate, as Bentley plans its Miami residences and Aston Martin unveils a stunning luxury penthouse.
The project comprises 53 luxuriously designed villas located in the highly exclusive Benahavis area. "This is a strategic partnership based on shared values of quality and innovation," said Stephan Winkelmann, chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, during a press conference. "Dar Global's experience in creating luxury properties combined with Lamborghini's design philosophy led to this amazing result."
Providing privacy and security, the elite neighborhood is located within the gated community of Los Jararillos, which features two gates and 24-hour security. It hosts a collection of distinctive large residences with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The complex will be divided into three different categories, Esmeralda, a four-bedroom house, Zafiro, a five-bedroom house and Diamanta, a six-bedroom house.
The villas are each at different heights, have swimming pools, patios and lush gardens. Finally, it is noted that the villas are furnished with polished marble floors, beautiful leather and glass elements, all of which are typical Lamborghini details.
