The Union Of Hellenic Chambers Of Commerce announced a public tender for the purchase of a property in Athens, with the aim of relocating its premises.

Award criterion the most economically advantageous offer based on price. For this purpose, it has a total of €5,500,000, up to a maximum.

The final price paid may not exceed that determined by an Appraiser registered in the Register of Certified Appraisers of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance in his relevant appraisal report and as finally agreed with the selected contractor.

The property

It should be located in the center of the city of Athens and, if possible, close to the Chambers of Athens, which already operate on Akadimias and Panepistimi streets and at a distance of no more than 2,000 meters from them.

The building must have been constructed for use as a business premises and not as a residential premises.

It should have an area of ​​up to 2,500 m2 (main and auxiliary spaces), distributed over a ground floor and floors of a satisfactory size, with a complete elevator or elevators system. The existence of any basement floor is positively accepted

The entire building structure should be in excellent technical and functional condition, with the possibility of comfortable and quick access to the floors through a staircase, not have arbitrary constructions and have all the conditions of legality provided for by the Law for each building .

It will be highly appreciated if its premises are configured into offices and conference rooms for the governing bodies of the KEEE (Administrative Committee of 9 people and General Assembly of 120 people).

Any planned access to parking spaces or to a car park within a radius of approximately 100 to 200 meters around the location of the building or to be located at a metro and bus station at a distance of no more than 400 meters from the location of the building will be particularly appreciated.

The property offered must be finished, if it is a new building, vacant and immediately available. If it is a second-hand building, it should be adequately maintained and not show obvious wear and tear on its surfaces, its walls and the entire structure.
