The company's strategic expansion in Greece is also highlighted, with the successful opening of four new facilities in 2024 and five more planned for 2025.

Regus River West Open
The new workspace is located within the River West shopping center and will be IWG’s first office center housed within a commercial park in Greece. It is set to open in April 2025 at 96-98 Kifisou Avenue, in Egaleo. The 460-square-meter Regus office will cater to companies of all sizes from significant industries such as shipping, fintech, startups, transportation, and banking. The launch of these new offices underscores IWG’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for high-quality flexible workspaces in the region.
Spaces Europa Plaza
The Spaces Europa Plaza office center will open in May 2025 at 328-330 Thisseos Avenue, in Kallithea, the fourth largest suburb in the Athens metropolitan area. With a total area of 3,275 square meters, it will offer flexible workspaces with easy access. The project was developed in collaboration with the company EIDIKOU SKOPOU THISEOS.
Spaces Imeras
The new Spaces Imeras office center, scheduled to open in October 2025, will be located at 602 Vouliagmenis Avenue, in Agyrroupoli. This three-story, 2,873-square-meter building is notable for its environmentally-friendly construction, utilizing recyclable materials and energy-efficient operating methods. The Spaces Imeras office center, offering expansive views and easy access, was developed in partnership with DKG DEVELOPMENT, providing a sustainable and inspiring environment for professionals across industries.
Flexible Workspaces in Attica
