Trastor REIC achieves third LEED GOLD certification in the Logistics Sector

Trastor REIC announced the achievement of the prestigious international LEED GOLD certification for one more commercial storage and distribution center, with a total area of 8,705 sq.m. in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

This achievement establishes Trastor as a leader REIC in Greece with more than 55,000 sq.m. green-certified investments in the logistics sector. The completion of this project further enhances the Company's portfolio with certified "green" buildings, highlighting its commitment to investing in properties that adhere to the highest international environmental standards and support sustainable development.

As part of its strategic goals, Trastor aims to significantly increase the share of certified green assets in its portfolio, aiming to more than double growth in their value as a percentage of the total portfolio by the end of 2025.
