As of Friday, June 23rd
, 2023, the Company’s shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange
without the right to dividend (cut-off date).
Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders of the Company, who will be recorded in the Register of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) administered by the “Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A.” on Monday, June 26 th, 2023 (Record date).
Dividend payment will commence on Friday, June 30th, 2023, by the paying bank “PIRAEUS BANK SA”, through the beneficiaries’ Operator Codes held in the DSS as follows:
1. Through the beneficiary operator account in the DSS (banks and securities firms), in accordance to the DSS Operations Regulation and ATHEXCSD relevant resolutions as in force, and its relevant decisions.
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose titles are kept in the Special Account in the DSS, under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the inheritors, through the network of "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." for up to five (5) years from the date of payment (i.e. until June 30th, 2028).
Dividends that are not collected within the time limit of five (5) years, shall be remitted to the Hellenic
Republic.
According to article 31 of Law 2778/1999, as in force, the distributed dividends of REICs are exempt
from withholding tax.
