As stated in a related announcement, the tender concerns the granting of the right to use, operate, manage, and exploit the National Ski Center of Vasilitsa (NSCV), covering a total area of approximately 6,200 acres. The center is located in the "Vasilitsa" and "Baldouma" mountains within the National Park of Northern Pindus, in the Regional Units of Grevena and Ioannina.
The binding offers were submitted by the following investment groups (in alphabetical order):
- MY ADVENTURE - VASILEIOS TZOUMAKAS.
- UCERT MONOPROSOPOI IKE.
The evaluation process of the offers, in accordance with the terms of the invitation for binding offers, will begin promptly. The financial proposals from the investors that meet the tender requirements will be opened at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), following all prescribed procedures.
