According to the Ministry of the Environment, the trigger date December 9, 2022 will not be changed; but here will be a chance offered to have fields -for which there have not yet been issued building permits- been built conditionally that their owners will follow specific proceeds.
In particular,
- Submit an application for the issuance of a pre-approval building permit, as long as it is complete in terms of the submitted supporting documents and studies, as determined by law. It is clarified that for the duration of its validity, the general provisions are applied as they are.
- Submit an application for the issuance of a building condition certificate accompanied by the necessary supporting documents. This alternative possibility was foreseen since the pre-approval of a building permit has now become optional. However, for these cases of use of the certificate of building conditions that will be issued, it can only be done until 30.9.2023, as until this date either a request for the issuance of a building permit or pre-approval must be submitted.
It is pointed out that it is not required during the pre-approval stage to submit any agency, service or collective body approval, due to the location of the project, its nature, its use or any special characteristics.
The same happens in the case of the attestation of building conditions. All required approvals are submitted to the permit information system during the building permit issuance stage.
