The Ministry of Health declares energy and functional redevelopment of health centers, versatile regional clinics and hospitals in the Cyclades.

In particular, contracts were signed for projects concerning the energy and functional upgrading and renovation of the Health Centers of Andros, Tinos, Patmos, Paros, Milos, Ios and the Multi-Dynamic Regional Clinic (PPI) of Astypalaia, with a total value of €7,319,049.18. The contracts were recently signed by the commander of the 2nd Ministry of Health of Piraeus and the Aegean, Christos Roilos, and the representative of the contracting company "Consortium Kokkinis Construction Technology SA-Domiki Athens ATE".

In addition, projects concerning:

- Energy and functional upgrade and renovation of the PPI Keas, Kythnos, Sifnos, Serifos, Kimolos, with a total estimated value of 1,389,067 euros.

- Construction of new wing C and demolition of old wing C at the General Hospital-Health Center of Naxos, with a total estimated value of 5,483,871 euros.

- Renovation and modernization of building facilities of Syros Hospital "VARDAKEIO and PROIO", with a total estimated value of 1,043,007 euros.

- Addition by extension to the KY of Amorgos, with a total estimated value of 841,134 euros.

It is noted that the tenders for the projects were matured and carried out by the Strategic Importance Contracts Unit of TAIPED, with the contracting authority being the 2nd Health Region of the Ministry of Health. The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0" with the co-financing of the European Union - NextGenerationEU and is subject to the special conditions for the execution of the actions and projects of the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
