The maisonettes are located on a plot of 7.4 acres and have a total area of 226 sq.m. up to 257 sq.m. They consist of a basement, ground floor and first floor with their exclusive uses and a communal outdoor pool, however the seizure report describes that they are in an "abandoned form".
The first offer prices have been set at 264,000 euros, 272,000 euros and 290,000 euros, ie the total starting price is set at 826,000 euros.
It is noted that their seizure was made for an amount of 100,000 euros, which is part of the total claim of 3,046,845.12 euros, plus interest and execution costs.
