A new agreement has been made concerning a residential project located on Gregou Street in Porto Rafti, Attica. This is a rapidly developing area situated very close to Athens and less than 100 meters away from the sea.
The project is expected to attract both Greek and foreign buyers and investors who can use the properties as their first residence, vacation rentals, or for investment purposes.
The estimated budget for the construction of 75 sqm residences, which will cover an area of 700+ sqm, is approximately 1,400,000 euros. The project will be implemented through a joint venture organized by WEALTHAVENUE, which includes the company's own funds as well as funds from its co-investors.
