European listed Real Estate: Challenges and Opportunities

Six major challenges for Europe remain uncertain according to the EPRA CEO Dominique Moerenhout at the 17th RED BUSINESS FORUM.

Mr. Moerenhout said during his presentation "for the real estate market 2020-2022 period has been disastrous with all indicators lower relative to the market's evolution until then. According to analysts' estimates the listed real estate sector will continue to outperform both direct investments and bonds, helped by the easing of monetary policy and a gradual return to economic growth."
