An industrial property owned by the Greek Plastics and Rubber Industry "Aristovoulos G. Petzetakis SA" that is located in Thebes was put up for in sale through auction earlier today. The National Bank of Greece was the requesting lender.

The price of the initial auction price was set at € 9,260,000.

The property is based in the location "Hassani - Dervisi" of the real estate region of the Local Community Eleona of the Kallikratikos Municipality of Thebes and has a total area of 245.718 sqm with production facilities of 49.673 sqm containing industrial equipment to service the production of plastic and rubber.
