BriQ Properties acquired the property at a total price of six hundred and twenty-five thousand euros (€ 625,000).
Mrs. Anna Apostolidou, the Company's CEO, noted that this acquisition adds value to the Company's portfolio by creating a warehouse and logistics center on Kifissos Avenue with excellent visibility and accessibility and with a total capacity in excess of 16.000 sqm.
