The total amount due to the Greek State is estimated at €2.5 billion.
The property tax payments will be possible to be divided in six installments. The first can be paid together with the second at the end of October, free of charge, while the latter is scheduled to be paid at the end of February 2022.
Differences in their liquidation will be seen only by those who bought or sold property, as well as the owners who proceeded to settle arbitrary surfaces. Thus, depending on whether the owners have declared smaller or larger areas, they will see their clearance increased or decreased.
There is of course a large category of taxpayers who will pay reduced tax or even zero and it has to do with the income of 2020. The number of these taxpayers is estimated at over 1.3 million and for them ENFIA will be reduced by 50% or even zero.
