ICI REIC expands investments in Thessaloniki

Intercontinental International REIC expands investments in Thessaloniki in accordance with its geographic diversification strategy for its portfolio.

The REIC acquired a commercial property  that spans 1.693sqm in New Efkarpia suburb of Thessaloniki.

The property is fully let to Plaisio Computers, a Greek electronic equipment retail chain, for 12 more months onwards.

According to ICI's official statement the transaction reached €1.186.000 and it was solely financed through the REIC's equity.
