The REIC purchased EUROCO office building for €1.400.000.

BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. acquired on July 27rd, 2018, eleven (11) properties in the office building "EUROCO", at 1, Alamanas Street, in Maroussi business district, at a price consideration of one million four hundred thousand euros (1.400.000 €).



The Company acquired the entire 3rd floor of office space (766,70 sq.m.), a storage area (27,44 sq.m.) and 8 underground parking spaces.

The properties are fully leased.

According to the Company's Managing Director, Mrs. Anna Apostolidou, «the specific acquisition fully meets Company’s investment criteria as it is a fully leased property in the high specifications "EUROCO" office building at the center of Maroussi business district».
