A challenging month ahead for Hines' project in Voula suburb of Attica

Important developments are anticipated regarding the investment project of Hines and Henderson in Voula suburb of Attica.


The impressive project has recently been approved by the Interministerial Committee, which comprise it amongst the strategic investments with a four years horizon . The plan concerns the development of a 71-acre property in the area known as the Koniari estate or otherwise "Naval", which was acquired in August 2020 by the Benaki Museum.

The investment, that is being deployed by VHPH PROPERTIES, a consortium of Hines and Henderson Park, is estimated at € 135,921,252 million and concerns the construction of 250-350 apartments and houses. The project will be implemented in three phases and will include non-residential areas parking but also common infrastructure that will support homes, gyms, swimming pools, playgrounds, private gardens, and security services.

This investment is epected to generate 50 new jobs.

The permitted use of land in the area is for "housing", in which only the construction of houses and small scale shops referring in neighborhood demand are allowed. The current building coefficient is 0.6, the maximum allowed height of each building at 13.00 meters while in all buildings the application of a sloping roof of maximum height +2.00 meters is mandatory.
