National Pangaea REIC on Wednesday announced the completion of a transaction to acquire 100% stake in I&B Real Estate.

National Pangaea REIC on Wednesday announced the completion of a transaction to acquire 100 pct of shares in I&B Real Estate,

a company based in Bulgaria, owner of City Tower, an office building covering a space of 54,000 sq.m. in Sofia for 78.6 million euros. The building was completed in 2018 and it is fully leased.
