The land is part of the Industrial Zone of Magoula, Attica. The agreement shall be effective until the 31.12.2021.
Akritas S.A. proceeded on the warehouse' sale in accordance to their policy to utilise part of their assets that were not serving their operations.
The property has a total surface of 6.313,30sqm and is located in a plot spanning 16.402,83sqm.
The total proceeds of the transaction reached €2.900.000.
In the meantime, Akritas leased the property to Plaisio Computers until the final sale agreement.
