Mr. Kyriakos Evangelou will manage ORILINA as the CEO, while in the past he has been managing Trastor and Intercontinental International REICs - both orporating in Greece.
The new REIC has reportedly available funds that reach €100million for investments in Greece and will be mainly focused in commercial properties as well as properties that would probably need to be redeveloped prior their exploitation.
Brevan Howard, that has recently announced its interest to be positioned in the Greek market, is ORILIN's majority shareholder. Brevan Howard has launched two investment funds while aims at having their assets soar up to $500million. Breva's co founder Trifon Natsis and investor Alan Howard are both backing the attempt.
