The property after of which was named the Athens-Lamia national road junction, the "Renault junction", was sold at auction for €11.200.585.

The property is located in Nea Philadelfia suburb and it was dispossed of through tender. It is a two storey building of 4.000sqm total area and is centered in a land plot that spans 13.386,50sqm.

The tender's initial bid was set at €4.050.000 and the proceeding entity was Poseidon Financial Investor DAC (Fortress Investment Group) .

The property has been paired not only with Renault's presence in the Greek market but also with  Maniatopoulos and Bagionis firm, MAVA, that had exclusively representing Renault in Greece.
