Meanwhile Value Touristiki S.A. has recently placed a successful bid to purchase the premises of Greek newspaper "Elefterotypia" for a total of €10,89million.
According to sources familiar with the matter, the company is expected -in cooperation with other investors- to refurbish the property which is a six storey building with two underground levels that is located nearby Athens' Acropolis and the city's historical center as well as close to two Athenian metro stations.
In auction "Elefterotypia's" premises were finally disposed off at a hammer price that was equivalent to its initial auction price.
