Extreme construction project "Kilada Hills" has just gained approval

The tourist accommodation complex will be spanning in a 210 hectares space and the total cost of the project is estimated at €418 million.

An investment for the largest tourist accommodation complex ever built in Greece, has finally gained approval from the country’s authorities to begin.

 

The tourist park will be built in Ermioni, a seaside village in the region of Argolida, Peloponnese.

Following the Greek Council of State’s decision, this investment project will be the first to be developed according to a Special Project of Territorial and Urban Development.

No objections have been raised regarding territorial or any other building construction restrictions for the investment project, according to Greece’s high court.

The contractor, Mind Compass Overseas LTD, is a subsidiary company of the Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd, a financial firm based in Greece and completely owned by Mr. Miltos Kampouridis.

The total estimated cost for the “Killada Hills” complex in Ermioni is €418 million.

The complex will be spanning 2.100 stremmata (210 hectares) and it will comprise:

  • 320 mansions
  • 100 villas
  • 28 residences
  • a hotel of 300 beds capacity
  • a rejuvenating center
  • beach club and
  • a 76,8 hectares golf court

The investment aims to attract VIP tourists from all over the world who are interested in luxurious vacations.
