The company, which is a Giannakopoulos group subsidiary, was declared the successful contractor through the the Municipality of Parga tender.
The concession of an area of 40,172.24 sqm was granted to the firm for 40 years and with an annual rent to the municipality that reaches € 330,000, thus formally completing the transfer of the sea area of Loutsa of the Administrative Unit of Fanari.
According to the terms of the tender the tenant during the 1st year will not pay rent. For the next 10 years the rent will remain stable. Then it will be adjusted by 1% on the previous year's rent.
In addition, the firm has to employ permanent residents of the Municipality of Fanari, Parga and, as a matter of priority, the community of Loutsa, to a level that reaches at least half of its workforce.
