A Greek presidential decree, which has been issued earlier today, is setting the standards for the Atalanti Hills investment plan.

According to the Greek institutional regulators the total area of the investment shall span to 12,3million sqm and is located in Lokroi Municipality municipality in the Phthiotis regional unit, Central Greece, Greece.

The town Atalanti is the seat of the municipality.

Given the building standards that are being thoroughly described in the decree the building permissions within the area refer to a total of 422.040,78sqm, of actual construction development.

From the total amount of that area, 294.063sqm shall be dedicated to hotel and other tourist facilities.

The tourist accommodation properties will become available either for long term leases or for sale, according to the relevant decree.

A total of 2.941 titles of ownership would be the maximum allowed within the investment field.

The buildings to be developed on sight should not exceed 13,5 meters in height, in the case of hotel premises; and 7,5 meters in the case of residential properties.
