The land plot is adjacent
to existing logistics properties of Trastor. The price for the acquisition amounted to €800,000.
The Company intends to develop on this land a prime Logistics warehouse, the first with LEED certification.
Following the completion of this development the Company shall own a 31.3ths sqm. state-of-the-art distribution center on a unified land plot of 78.7ths sqm, opposite the Freight Center of Thriasio Pedio area. Mr. Tassos Casinos, CEO of the Company, made the following statement:
"After successive investments of more than €29.4mn in the prime Logistic sector, Trastor continues to expand its footprint and intends to implement new sustainable development standards for the construction of this new logistic center. This investment enhances the operational efficiency of our existing tenants in the most modern distribution center in the area, and secures significant appreciation returns for our shareholders".
