In more detail, the new Board of Directors has the following composition:
 
Executive Chairman - Christos Panagiotopoulos

He has been active in the field of construction and Real Estate for more than 35 years, having developed a successful business in Greece and abroad. He is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the ELLAKTOR Group company, REDS A.E. since 2014, having also served as Chairman of the Board. During his professional career he has been personally successfully engaged as a contractor on important Public and Private Works, in parallel with his business activity in the field of Real Estate. Christos Panagiotopoulos was born in Evritania and has studied Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (1987)
 
CEO - George Kotoulas

He has 20 years of experience in Public and Private Infrastructure, Construction and Environmental Projects both in Greece and Abroad. He has successfully implemented complex projects in the Middle East, Africa and other countries, holding positions of responsibility, having gained extensive experience in Project Management and Contracts in an International Environment. He was born in Evritania and studied Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (2002)
 
Member - Leonidas Bombolas

Civil Engineer, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens.
1988 - 1992 Technical Director of major infrastructure projects of AKTOR SA
1992 - June 2013 Member of the Board of AKTOR SA (1992 Deputy Chief Executive Officer and 1994 Chief Executive Officer)
1999 - today ELLAKTOR SA From 1996 to 2018 he had a parallel participation in subsidiaries of ELLAKTOR SA. as President and CEO (ATTICA ROAD SA, MOREAS SA, ELECTOR, ATTICA ROUTES, etc.)

Member - Eduardos Sarantopoulos

Civil Engineer, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens. From 1995 to 2000, he was the Director of Foreign Affairs of the company "K. I. SARANTOPOULOU SA ". From 2000 to 2002 he was Deputy General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of "K.I. SARANTOPOULOS SA. From September 2002 (after the merger of "KI SARANTOPOULOS SA" with "PANTEHNIKI SA"), he was elected a member of the Board of Directors and was appointed General Manager of "PANTEHNIKI SA".
From the beginning of 2008 until September 2018, he was a member of the Board of Directors of "ELLAKTOR SA". From 2008 to September 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors of "ATTICA ROAD SA"
 
Member - Ioannis Margiolos

He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Public and Private Works serving the Group for the last 30 years from positions of responsibility, including as a member of the Board of AKTOR SA and other subsidiaries of the Group. He has been the Director of construction and operation of emblematic environmental projects in Greece and abroad with significant experience in contract management in an international environment. He was born in Ethiopia and studied Mechanical - Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (1979).
 
Member - Konstantinos Toumpouros

He studied civil engineering with a specialization in hydraulic engineering, at the National Technical University of Athens and since then he has been practicing the profession of civil engineer. He worked, among others, as vice president and member of the Board of Directors in the company Ergonomia SA as well as as President and CEO in the company Ergometria SA. To this day he works as President and CEO of the technical and real estate management company Temco SA.
