The project refers to the digitisation of the paper folders of building permits and their filling in the e-Adeies software.
The Technical Chamber will also act as a contracting authority by announcing the relevant tenders for the digitization of the file of services in which are the physical files of the building permits, which have been issued until November 2018, when the e-Permits information system was put into operation.
In addition, the Chamber will support the creation and operation of an information system for the storage and processing of data, providing internet access, and will take all necessary steps to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of these services, to ensure the required performance and security.
Finally, it will support the services offered in the regional offices where the physical files of the building permits are been stored throughout the project.
