Lamda Development's project is in full development, aaccording to the Managing Director of the listed company,Odysseas Athanassiou. The major infrastructure projects are scheduled to begin in February, long before the transfer of shares, since the studies that have so far been elaborated exceed € 80 million in value with every detail for each of the projects to be done.
Shortly after the infrastructure works, as it has been announced, the works for the construction of the first "green" skyscraper Marina Tower in the area of the marina of Agios Kosmas, which will be the tallest coastal building in the Mediterranean, will begin. As already known, the total budget of Marina Tower is almost €250 million, incorporating the best environmental practices and the most modern international safety protocols.
At the construction site of Hellinikon, restoration works are underway, among others, with special attention, of the newest monument - shed C 'of the Air Force "Hangar C".
Another positive step in the utilization of the former area of Hellinikon airport that is in full swing is the recent decision to complete the award process for Helliniko Casino in the Association of Companies with the distinctive title ATHENS IRC, which is an evolution of the original Inspire Contractor Athens, due to the changes that took place in the shareholding structure of the latter, as announced by the Gaming Supervision and Control Committee (GSC).
