The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member of the HCAP Group, is developing the former warehouses of EOMMEX property in Tavros through an international tender.

With a total surface of approximately 3,300 sq.m. and building coefficient 3, the property allows the development of buildings with a maximum surface that can approach 10,000 sq.m.

In almost 80 years of life, the property of the former warehouses of EOMMEX went through various phases of operation and uses. However, in recent years it has remained as an inactive warehouse on a large plot. Through HRADF’s tender, the opportunity is given for its rebirth since it has many positive features.

The area where the asset is located in the Municipality of Moschato-Tavros has allowed uses of “City functions–Town neighborhood facilities,” which result in significant potential for development, providing interested investors the opportunity to fit a wide variety of investment plans.

The property has one listed building, characterized as a newer monument with an area of 837 sq.m., which after its restoration will be a landmark for the wider area and a reference point depending on the uses it will receive (i.e., uses of culture, restaurants, etc.).

The former EOMMEX property is suitable for office buildings, residences, and health services, given its advantageous location within walking distance of two metro stations, Tavros and Petralona, and a Suburban railway. In addition, easy access from major roads (Piraeus Av., Hamosternas) and proximity to them enhance the ground floor's commercial use.

HRADF’s tender will be conducted in one phase. Interested parties must submit their offers on March 10th, 2022.
