The Central Council of Architecture (KESA) grants an approval of the modified study for the construction of a 5 * hotel of the new hotel unit IKOS ODISIA, with a 3,500sqm reduction in construction restrictions thought.

The construction of some buildings is effectively abolished and some others are moved in terms of their location or orientation, without changing the general layout of the facilities.

The new hotel unit is located at Ipsos in the area of ​​Kato Korakiana of the Municipal Department of Faiakon of the Municipality of Corfu and is being developed in a stadium of 245,458.57 sq.m.

It will have a total of 395 rooms suites, and ground and two-storey bungalows, theater, heated pools and themed restaurants,

The architectural design is characterized by "calm", straight lines, earth tones while natural materials are used.
