The skyscraper is one of the tallest buildings that will be built in
the Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon, with a height of up to 150 meters
The 48-storey building is located near the marina and is expected to
function, not only as a landmark but also as a symbol of the development
in Hellinikon. The company states that the building is of particular
importance as it will be visible from sea and air, while at the same
time it will give interest to the entire coastal front of Attica.
According to the schedule of Lamda Development, the tower is expected to
be delivered in 2025. The prices of the apartments, which will be for
sale, will vary depending on the floor, the offered view, as well as the
square meters.
Note that in Athens, there are no skyscrapers. Most of the tall
buildings in the capital were built during the dictatorship period, when
the maximum height of the buildings was released on the condition that
the building would occupy the smallest possible space on the plot
(height growth) as well as free passage of pedestrians through the plot
would be ensured. The tallest building is the Tower of Athens in
Ampelokipi with a height of 103 meters.
Today, the maximum height of the buildings, according to building
regulations, is 32 meters plus one meter in the case of construction of
roof gardens with an area of more than 50% of planted area.
