The property was sold for $29 million, according to Mansion Global, about one month after it was first listed.

The “Material Girl” and “Vogue” singer’s former estate on Miami’s exclusive Brickell Avenue has sold for $29 million, according to Mansion Global, about one month after it was first listed.

Madonna purchased the property for $4.9 million in 1992 and owned it until 2000, spending $700,000 on renovations, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported in 2000.

She owned the home before the current seller, Gunther Corp., according to listing agents Ruthie Assouline and Ethan Assouline with The Assouline Team at Compass. Neither the seller nor the buyer could be reached for comment Thursday.

The estate is situated on a 51,000-square-foot lot with 100 feet of water frontage that offers views of Biscayne Bay and the city, as well as a private dock, according to the agents.

The home itself spans nearly 8,700 square feet, with nine bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms.
