Further to the announcement on 21 January 2022, Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. informs the investment community that its subsidiary Piraeus Bank S.A. has completed the acquisition of a 52.0% shareholding in Trastor Real Estate Investment Company S.A. from WRED LLC, a company affiliated with Värde Partners, after re-ceiving the required approvals, as well as the consent of the Hellenic Financial Sta-bility Fund.
The cash consideration paid, amounted to €98million (€1.25 per share).
