The tenders are concluding the first stage for the largest urban reform plan that is being deployed in the country, which is part of the Reconstruction Fund, with a total budget of € 401.05 million.
The plan is comprising the redevelopment of more than 70% of the Greek territory aiming to put order in the area in a coordinated manner and with legal certainty, with the institutional shielding by the Council of State and the issuance of the respective Presidential Decrees.
The Technical Chamber of Greece, as a contracting authority by the Ministry of Environment and Energy which is also the project's operator, declared the offers that refere in particular to the following five Special Urban Plans:
1. Municipality of Minoa Pediados
2. Municipality of Thira
3. Municipality of Myconos
4. Region of Elia (Municipalities of Pyrgos and Elidas)
5. Municipality of Korinth and Municipality of Loutraki-Perachoras-Agion Theodoron
