The project as a whole concerns the completion of the unfinished building of the Piraeus Merchant and
Shipping Center, also known as “Piraeus Tower”.
This agreement is an extension of the existing contract between Piraeus Tower S.A. and TERNA S.A. dating back from August 6, 2021 and foresees additional construction works of € 26,187,673.55 and delivery on June 30, 2023.
Piraeus Tower consists of 22 floors while the height of the building is 88 meters.
It is worth noting that it will be the first digital and bioclimatic high- rise building in Greece, which aims to receive certification of sustainable development based on the certification program Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) at Platinum level.
The project with a planned utilization of offices, restaurants and underground parking has a total built-up
area of 34,623.74sqm.
