The property must operate independently, and be located within the boundaries of the Municipality of Athens and within a radius of 800 meters from M.M.M. fixed orbit.
The lease duration is twelve years effective from the date of signing the protocol of receipt of the property by the State.
The maximum monthly rent is set at € 12.500.
The monthly rent that will eventually result from the auction will remain stable for three years and will be adjusted annually from the beginning of the fourth year of the lease, at a rate equal to the change in the consumer price index of the month of the adjustment, relative to the corresponding month of the previous year as calculated by the Hellenic Statistical Authority.
The auction will be held on Tuesday, October 5 from 11:00 to 12:00 am, in the building of the Real Estate Service Athens-East Attica.
