The iconic property known as the "Kompitsi Estate" in the city of Corfu is being put up on an electronic auction at a first bid price of €1,420,000.

The requesting entity is Intrum Hellas, which operates in Greece as a claims manager for Phoenix NPL Finance, based in Dublin, Ireland. The date of the auction is November 24, 2021 and the debtors are Maria Siafaka and Charalambos Politis.

The property that is being disposed of is known as the " Kompitsi Estate", and is located within the city of Corfu of the Municipality of Corfu and on Nikiforou Theotoki Street no. 43.

It has a first (A) in favor of the mezzanine floor of this apartment according to the initial property ownership title deed and spans in an area of two hundred and eighty square meters (280.00).

The auction’s guarantee has to be submitted by the bidder who wishes to participate in the auction and is set at 30% of the price of the first bid.
