The Ministry of Labor and the EFKA have accepted arequest of the Plenary of Greek Bar Associations

The ministry has accepted a request to adjust the relevant ministrial decision.

The Ministry of Labor and the EFKA have accepted the request of the Plenary Session of the Presidents of the Plenary of Greek Bar Associations and the Economic Chamber of Greece to give the opportunity to those lawyers and tax accountants who took part in the review on 3.11.2021 to participate in the issuance process for pensions and were not certified to be reviewed within December 2021.

Specifically, according to an announcement by the Plenary Session of the Presidents, and following the e-EFKA governor’s and deputy governor’s -Panagiotis Doufexis and Alexandros Varveris- recommendation, the Minister of Labor, Kostis Hatzidakis, decided to modify the relevant ministerial decision, so that examinations of the lawyers and accountants-tax technicians to be certified together with those who declared an exception from the examination of 3.11.2021.
