The interiors of the 9-storey building have been redesigned from scratch.

The offices are located at 15-25 Boulevard de l'Armiral Bruix in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The building was built in the 60's and is famous for the large curve formed on the facade made of marble.

The interiors have been completely redesigned to provide 16,600 sqm on the nine floors of the building, aiming at facilitating the interaction of employees and providing maximum natural light. The project was designed by the architectural firm PCA-STREAM, with Leon Grosse in charge of the renovation phase, and VINCI Immobilier as project manager.

The building program includes a meeting room, a conference room, open areas for collaboration, two areas dedicated to catering and a panoramic gallery overlooking the gardens. The building offers stunning views of Paris, Le Bois de Boulogne forest and La Défense.

Among the few examples of the integration of the natural environment in Paris, the south façade of the building includes 1,500 sqm of terrace areas as well as 2,000 sqm. of gardens, accessible from the hall and dining areas. A long-term lease has already been secured with Murex, the leading provider of technology solutions for the capital markets.
