During the financial year 2020,the Company invested a totalamountof € 41,1 million, as follows:
➢ It acquired 6 new properties amounting to € 10.0 million.
➢ It invested € 3,7 million in development and renovation of its portfolio
➢ It invested € 3,5 million for acquisitionof 100% of the share capital of Plaza Hotel Skiathos S.A..
➢ It invested € 23,9 million for acquisitionof 80% of the share capital of Sarmed WarehousesS.A..
As at 31.12.2020, Company’s total value of investments in properties and subsidiaries amounted to € 102 million, recording a significant increase of 70% compared to the total value of € 60 million of 22 properties owned at 31.12.2019.
