Trastor acquires logistics in Aspropyrgos

The price of the transaction amounted to 2,325,574.33 euros.

Specifically, the REIC announced  the  acquisition  of  100%  of  the  shares  of  "SYZEFXIS COMMERCIAL-TECHNICAL-ENERGY  AND  REAL  ESTATE  LIMITED  LIABILITY  COMPANY",  which  owns  a commercial warehouse of 5,262sqm total surface, constructed over a 11,349sqm land plot, located in "Roupaki" or "Melissia" area in Aspropyrgos, Attica. The property is fully leased.

The price for the acquisition of the shares of the company amounted to €2,325,574.33 while the value of total assets of the acquired company amounts to €2.8 million. The investment was financed by bank financing. Mr. T

The  search  for  greater  flexibility  and  resilience  in  the supply chain makes the Third Party Logistics sector the key to increasing the efficiency of supply and distribution  channels.  In  this  context,  Trastor  continues  to  increase  its  exposure  to  warehouses  of modern  specifications,  raising  its  total  footprint  to  52.5ths  sqm  opposite  the  forthcoming  Freight Center in Thriasio Pedio area, ensuring synergies for its tenants/operators and capital appreciation for its shareholders”
